Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    6 oz. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Salt chicken.
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Remove bones.
    Cut in chunks.
    Mix melted margarine, cracker crumbs and poppy seed. Pat 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 11-inch casserole dish.
    Layer chicken on top of crumb mixture.
