Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    2 eggs
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas, quartered
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into 1 1/2-quart glass casserole; add onion and garlic.
    Microwave (High) 5 to 6 minutes or until set; stir once.
    Stir to break meat into small pieces; drain.
    Stir in tomato paste, water, green chilies, olives and salt.
    Cover with lid.
    Microwave (High) for 9 to 10 minutes or until flavors are blended and sauce is bubbly, stirring twice.
    Set aside.
