Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 whole chilies
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place chilies under broiler after washing; make a small slit in each pepper.
    Blister on all sides.
    Place in plastic bag for 15 minutes.
    Put in cold water; peel and seed.
    Cut Monterey cheese in strips and stuff chilies.
    Put in casserole dish; sprinkle with Cheddar.
    Beat egg, salt, milk and flour until smooth.
    Pour over and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until knife blade comes out clean.
