Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. carrot
    1/2 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash, peel and cube potatoes.
    Combine potatoes, water, bouillon, celery, carrot, onion, parsley and dash of salt and pepper.
    Boil and reduce heat to a simmer until tender.
    Add 3 1/2 cups milk, flour and butter; heat until hot and serve.
