Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    8 graham crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat egg whites.
    Cream the cream cheese and sugar; add egg yolks, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Add flour.
