Angel Hair Pasta With Pimiento - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced pimiento (undrained)
    4 oz. fresh angel hair pasta (uncooked)
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. olive oil
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Drain pimiento, reserving 1 teaspoon juice; set pimiento and reserved juice aside.
    Break pasta into thirds; cook according to package directions, drain.
    Place pasta in a serving bowl.
    Add pimiento, reserved pimiento juice, cheese and remaining ingredients; toss well.
    Serve warm.

    4 servings.
