Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 cup cold water
    2 cups pumpkin
    3 cups sugar
    3 1/2 cups flour + 2 Tbsp.
    3 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 cup dates or raisins
    1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 4 1-pound coffee cans. Roll dates and nuts in flour. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Fill can 1/2 full. Bake 1 hour. Cool in can 10 to 15 minutes. Turn out on rack.
