Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium squash
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender, then mash together.
    Add margarine and eggs.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper; mix together.
    Place in casserole dish and top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until brown.
