Pineapple-Lime Float - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled (1 1/2 c.)
1 c. water
1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed (1/3 c.)
1 qt. lime sherbet
2 (7 oz.) bottles ginger ale, chilled
Preparation

Combine pineapple juice, water and limeade concentrate. Divide pineapple mixture among 6 tall glasses.
Spoon half of the lime sherbet into the glasses; stir gently.
Carefully pour chilled ginger ale into each glass.
Top with scoops of remaining lime sherbet.
Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
