Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw potatoes, grated
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Grate 2 cups raw potatoes into 1/4 cup milk.
    Drain off milk; add egg and flour.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add minced onion.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto well greased pan.
    Brown on both sides.
