Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. Bisquick
1 envelope instant oatmeal with apples and cinnamon
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Beat egg slightly with fork.
Add rest of ingredients and mix until combined.
Put in greased muffin cups.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 6.
