Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans hot chili beans
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    4 cans water
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until brown, drain. Put beans, tomato paste and 4 cans water.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cook for about an hour on low.
