Crunchy Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced green onion
    1 c. chopped cashews
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. Ranch dressing
    1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    6 slices crisp-cooked, crumbled bacon
    1 c. chopped cauliflower or 1 c. chopped carrots (optional)
Preparation
    Rinse peas in hot water and drain.
    Combine vegetables, nuts and bacon with sour cream.
    Mix dressing and mustard; pour over salad.
    Toss gently and chill.
    Can make the day ahead and refrigerate.
    Serves 6 to 8.
