Rhabarber Kuchen(Rhubarb Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 to 3 eggs
    pinch of salt
    grated zest of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    12 stalks rhubarb (2 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine butter, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs and salt.
    Gradually beat until frothy.
    Add lemon zest.
    Sift flour and baking powder; fold into egg mixture alternately with milk.
    Batter drops heavily from the spoon.
