Barbecue Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain and stir in barbecue sauce and brown sugar.
Heat until very hot. Set aside.
Separate biscuits and place each in an ungreased muffin cup.
Press dough to cover bottom and sides of cup. Spoon mixture into cups. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
