Low-Fat Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar plus 5 tsp. Sweet 'N Low or 1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds or 1/2 c. oil, margarine or butter
Egg Beaters to equal 2 eggs
1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
3 bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream sugar, Sweet 'N Low and Butter Buds.
Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Add sour cream, bananas, vanilla and nuts.
Mix gently.
Pour into muffin tins.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
