Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. quick rising yeast
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water; stir well.
    Mix flour, salt and sugar, then add oil.
    Stir in liquid; mix well.
    Let rise double.
    Spread on buttered cookie sheet and top with sauce and your favorite toppings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes two.
