Fresh Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli, cut into thin stalks
    1 cauliflower, cut into florets
    1 large zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch
    1 patty pan or scallop squash, sliced 1/4-inch
    6 to 8 mushrooms, washed and halved
    1 sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into strips
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange vegetables on largest round glass platter that will fit microwave.
    Place broccoli around edge; arrange cauliflower next to broccoli.
    Alternate squash, mushrooms and peppers toward center of dish.
    Combine melted butter, garlic salt and pepper and drizzle over vegetables.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave 10 to 15 minutes.
    Vegetables should remain crisp, not mushy.
