Yellow Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) yellow saffron rice
    1 can Green Giant Mexicorn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook rice following package directions.
    When done, stir in margarine and soup (do not add water to soup).
    In casserole dish, layer rice, corn and cheese.
    Repeat, ending with cheese on top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or in microwave on High for 7 minutes and allow to stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
