Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 stick butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs.
    Add 1/2 cup of buttermilk and 1 cup coconut.
    Melt 3/4 stick butter.
    Add flavoring last.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
    Makes 1 pie.
