Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. twice ground meat
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. uncooked oats
    2 1/2 Tbsp. finely cut onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    When thoroughly mixed, place into prepared pan.
    On top of mixture, add 1 tablespoon butter in small pats or 2 bacon slices cut in half.
    Bake around 1 hour or until brown.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Serves 4.
