Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix filling ingredients in order.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 45 minutes or until a knife blade comes out clean.
    Double this recipe for 2 pies.
