Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. flank steak
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. oil
1 pkg. McCormick brown gravy mix
1 1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 large bell peppers
1 large tomato
2 c. rice (optional)
Preparation

Thinly slice steak diagonally.
Brown with onion in oil.
Stir in gravy mix, water and soy sauce.
Stir until thickened.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add bell peppers, cut in thin strips, and tomato, cut in wedges.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
