Creamy Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
2 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz. each)
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Preparation

Beat cream cheese.
Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel. Blend until fluffy.
Pour this into unbaked crust.
Bake until firm, 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
This is better after chilling for at least 8 hours.
Top with strawberries; it's great.
