Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium diced onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together and put in 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
    Mix together 1 1/2 cups corn flake crumbs and 1/2 cup melted margarine.
    Sprinkle over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
