Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour (all-purpose)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 yeast cake, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients thoroughly and blend into liquids.
    Mix in a large bowl and refrigerate.
    Use amount as needed to bake. Biscuits do not have to rise.
