One Hour Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pasta (shells or rigatoni)
    1 lb. ground turkey
    3 to 4 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    30 slices pepperoni
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground turkey in skillet.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add meat into spaghetti sauce and simmer over stove while preparing the rest of the recipe.
    Prepare pasta according to directions on box.
    Spray with nonstick oil; add pasta and pour meat sauce over. Arrange pepperoni on top.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let sit 10 minutes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Makes 6 servings.
