Ingredients

3 onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. beef bouillon
Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
5 to 6 slices French bread
Preparation

Melt the butter in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Add onions and cook for ten minutes.
Stir in beef bouillon, salt, flour and pepper.
Cover and cook another 10 minutes.
Spoon into individual bowls.
Toast bread and add to soup.
Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Heat on High for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
