Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 celery ribs
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 pkg. herb dressing
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Cook\tpeas per package directions, unseasoned\tand
    drained.
    Set aside.
    Saute onion and celery in the 1/2 cup margarine.
    Add drained chestnuts, soup, flour\tand peas.
    Mix\ttogether
    well and cook slightly.
    Add salt
    and pepper
    to\ttaste.\tMelt
    the
    1/4 cup margarine in skillet
    and add
    the
    herb
    dressing.
    Set
    aside.
    Pour all (except the dressing) into a medium casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
    Add dressing and brown slightly.
