Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs (egg substitute may be used)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix everything well.
    Then add 2 cups flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
