Texas Golden Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. crushed rosemary
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 split boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 c. fine grated croutons
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a large, heavy skillet, heat butter and olive oil over low heat.
    In a separate bowl, combine flour, rosemary and cheese; mix well.
    Dampen chicken breasts.
    Roll in flour mixture, then eggs, then croutons.
    Cook in butter, 4 minutes per side.
    Serve with white sauce or milk gravy.
