Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. pickled jalapenos or chili peppers
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
Preparation

Heat
peppers,
water, vinegar, salt and sugar to boiling. Add eggs and simmer for 5 minutes.
Store in covered jar in refrigerator
for
one
week.
Cut
in half and serve as an appetizer.
