Fluffy Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites (room temperature)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Karo light corn syrup
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut (if desired)
Preparation

Mix egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar in small bowl with mixer at high speed, gradually until smooth and glossy.
Gradually beat in corn syrup, vanilla and salt until stiff peaks form.
If desired, beat in food coloring or 1 cup coconut.
