Sweet Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled sweet potatoes, drained
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Shape into ball and roll into flour.
    Cook in hot oil (360\u00b0) until brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
