Cranberry-Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. cut cranberries
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Combine egg, orange juice and salad oil.
    Combine dry ingredients plus cranberries and nuts.
    Stir juice mixture into dry mixture, stirring just until moistened.
    Bake in greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until tests done. Remove from pan and cool.
