Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen cauliflower or 1 large head (fresh)
    1 large can peas, drained
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 pt. (small size) sour cream
    3/4 c. (small size) Ritz crackers
    3 to 4 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower and drain; drain peas.
    Combine cauliflower, peas, cheese and sour cream.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover with Ritz crackers.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
