Butter Nut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Blend shortening, butter, salt, sugar and vanilla.
    Add flour and nuts.
    Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
    Place balls of dough on slightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Sift on powdered sugar.
