Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 yellow squash
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Wash and
    slice
    6
    to\t8
    squash
    and boil until done. Drain excess
    water and add 1/2 stick margarine and mash.
    Mix egg, sugar and Pet milk.
    Pour into hot squash, stirring fast. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm (20 to 30 minutes). Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt.
