Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. raw rice, rinsed well
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. sugar (or sugar substitute)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine the preceding and shape into balls.
    Place in roaster with 1 can tomato soup and 1 can tomato sauce well blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer.
