Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Beat eggs and add to sugar/oil with flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan
at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or in layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
