Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained thoroughly
2 oz. pimento, drained and chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
