Snicker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix with pudding
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels (about 50)
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
    Pour half of batter into greased pan (no flour).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
