Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 pkg. tortillas (your choice)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small jar pimentos
    jalapenos to taste
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown ground meat; drain.
    Heat tortillas until soft, if you want to roll enchiladas.
    The fast way is to layer in a greased casserole dish, tortillas, meat, onions and cheese until used up. Finish with tortillas.
    Mix and heat remaining ingredients.
    Pour over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
