Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation
    Mix carrots, onion, celery, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour into 1-quart baking dish.
    Melt oleo; add 1/2 cup cheese and Pepperidge Farm dressing.
    Mix and sprinkle over carrot mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cover with foil, if topping is getting too brown.
