Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 chopped green onions
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
bread crumbs or crumbled potato chips
Preparation

In a bowl mix all ingredients together except the crumbs or chips and put into refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours before serving time.
In a baking dish, a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole, put ingredients and top with crumbled chips or bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered.
