Sausage Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain well.
    Mix flour, corn meal, egg, milk and oil.
    Add sausage.
    Place in greased muffin pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
