Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. finely chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs, brown sugar, oil and vanilla until thick and foamy. Stir in rhubarb and nuts.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices.
Add to the rhubarb mixture and stir until just blended.
