Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. river rice
    1/2 gal. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix together 1 hour over low heat until thick.
    When thick, remove from heat.
    Add 4 scoops vanilla ice cream and vanilla extract.
    Stir.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Enjoy!
