Spinach Polenta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 large clove garlic
    1 1/2 lb. leaf spinach, cut up
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil until crisp.
    Remove and add the spinach and salt and pepper to taste.
    Steam until limp.
    Remove from pan and squeeze dry when cool.
