Beginner'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. White Lily flour (plain)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 to 6 Tbsp. ice cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt together in bowl.
    Cut in shortening with fork until mixture looks like corn meal.
    Add water a little at a time.
    Let set a few minutes.
    Knead on floured surface and shape into pie shell.
